Give a little to help Wolfpack students save a lot on textbooks!

The Libraries’ Alt-Textbook Program has been selected for a University-wide 2023 crowdfunding campaign that starts January 18 and ends February 17.

During this campaign, we have an ambitious goal of raising $5,000—and we need your support. Make a donation now to the Libraries Alt-Textbook project and assist our faculty in creating better textbooks that enable student success and lessen the financial burden students face.

How effective has Alt-Textbook been at saving students from skyrocketing textbook costs? In its 10 years of existence, Alt-Textbook has saved students $10.7 million in 84 unique projects.

Alt-Textbook awards grants to faculty to adopt, adapt, or create free or low-cost alternatives to expensive textbooks. With your support, the Libraries provides funding that allows faculty to be more creative in developing curricular materials that are much more affordable for students.
